Sneak Peek - Baby Portraits in Idaho

Another of my babies! What a chunky sweetie he is too - 3 months old and cute as a button. We also did his newborn portraits!









Thanks so much! I'm so looking forward to his 6 month session in the fall - maybe Mom will want to go outside??

As for me, I am "off" until August 7th. I have jury duty and am taking a small vacation. I have alot of galleries to finish too!
I WILL be accepting Newborn sessions if needed - just send me an email!

Sneak Peek - Fairytales and Daydreams Portrait Event

I want to thank all that participated in this event for braving the heat on Saturday, it was a scrorcher! We did have ALOT of fun, and all of the littles that came to get their portrait taken were just so adorable! So now, in no particular order - Our Sprites and Fairies!

Availibility for the Rest of the Summer

I've been a busy bee, and I wanted to clear up some availibility issues and questions about my calendar (over on the website, scroll down to calendar)

The Week of July 27-31 I have Jury Duty (oh great, right? gah)
If I don't end up having to go, I will happily do any sessions who are available with 1 days notice on my waiting list. I will contact you.

The week of August 1-5 I am going out of town.

I am never available on Tuesdays unless certain arrangements are made.This is the day we have my Stepson.

I only do events or paid sessions on Weekends. All winning and contest sessions are done on weekdays.

Of course, I will make special arrangements for newborns and members of the Lala's Littles Plan.

Fall is coming soon, and if you want a WEEKEND appointment in October/November you'd better let me know soon!

Introducing: Sprites! - Boise Fairy Photographer

My Fairytale Photography is really my passion and my obsession. I've been lamenting how my family doesn't have many girls - no one to dress up. My Mom and I were playing around with the idea of introducing "boy fairies" - so we made some costumes! Here is my stepson Sky as a "Frog Sprite" - he's only 3, but what a poser. I have him trained now, I think :-)

Of course, Lala having a pocketful of smarties helps!












I have 2 little guys signed up to be Sprites at the event on Saturday too! I also plan on doing some of my cousins Luke and Daniel later this week, they can't wait! Of course, it's so hot out I might have to bribe them with some Frozen yogurt...

Sneak Peek - Boise Family Photography

This sweet family won their session from me - I donated it to the local Stroller Strides chapter which Mom is a part of! We had alot of fun!

Sneak Peek - 1 Year old Portraits

This little girl is so special, she got TWO sessions for her Birthday! Mainly because everyones favorite photographer (Me! lol) is a little scatterbrained, and forgot a special prop I made for her Birthday Session we did on Monday

Sneak Peek - Idaho Fairytale Portraits

What a joy this little one was! It was great to have a little one-on-one time with one little fairy in a different location! We went to the Rose Garden yesterday, and it was just as pretty as always. I was in a vintage mood when I processed these for the sneak peek, but rest assured, regular color versions are always available also!

I actually did two sessions yesterday, the other one was some additonal Birthday portraits for the sweetie in the slideshow below this one. I'll post those tomorrow.

Sneak Peek - First Birthday Portraiture in Idaho

This is the best time of year - I keep getting to see all of my babies! This little one is special to me, because I've taken her photos SIX times in the last year!
We had a great time at the park today playing and eating lots of cupcakes.

As a surprise, here is a slideshow of her whole first year, as documented by...me!

Lil Buckaroo's Portrait Event July 18th

At this event, boys and girls ages 1-10 are photographed with western props by Award Winning Photographer Shane Shade of Shady Lane Studios



When: July 18th from 10am -1 pm. (see below for available times)

Where: Boise ID (you will receive the location when you book)



Cost: $20 creative fer per child photographed. Each child gets a 15 minute session - groups of 2-4 are okay, but you must book an appointment for each child back to back. Each child gets a Complimentary 5x7 portrait of themselves and a special prize. We also provide Snacks and Juice for everyone.



You may choose to purchase additonal portraits - We have portrait packages from $50 - $299 and they include things like prints, keepsake books, and enlargements. We have special deals if you pre-pay for a package before your session
